Johann Lafer is an Austrian chef whose TV shows have made him one of the most popular cooks in Germany. And while he's an old hand at haute cuisine, he's also very concerned about healthy eating. So three years ago he started a project called food@ucation which he hopes will teach school children good eating habits. We tagged along when he took his class to New York City.
